Templates will be 2 composed of multiple fields and field types, e.g., label, text, numeric, and calculation. • Ability to handle branching logic • Ability to perform calculations based on inputted fields • Allow multiple attachments per application • Ability to generate a form based on fields populated from the Applicants submitted application • Ability to generate an award email to the Applicant upon approval of the application • Ability to generate a rejection email to the Applicant upon rejection of the application • Ability to design and run customized reports • Provide download capabilities to administrator Maintenance and Enhancements In addition to the initial development of the system, we are looking for a vendor to provide ongoing maintenance, occasional enhancements or new features, and helpdesk support for the next five years. Using the attached cost sheet, we want each bidding vendor to give us a price for what their monthly maintenance charge would be and what their hourly rate would be for additional services. Maintenance The MAINTENANCE portion of this agreement will be a standard service provided to the Office of Energy Development every month, and will include the following: 1. Patches, bug fixes, and updates to the software 2. Critical updates, including known security vulnerabilities, will be tested and installed shortly after manufacturer releases 3. Mobility testing to verify responsiveness and scalability of the site on multiple operating systems and hardware platforms. 4. Accessibility review to improve the overall usability for people with disabilities 5. Any updates made to the site should include documentation stating what was done 6. Database optimization 7. Site performance optimization for fast page loading 8. Up to four hours of helpdesk support per month. Vendor will respond to all helpdesk requests within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends, via email or phone with a confirmation that the question was received.
