JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is suited for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities, must be a strong communicator and has experience with Microsoft Excel, OneNote, various file formats such as CSV and TXT, iSeries/RxCLM experience a plus, PBM background a plus. SQL knowledge a plus. This resource will be responsible for a book of business and/or number of assigned tasks related to conversion and loading of history claims data into our adjudication system from outside vendors. Responsibilities also include extraction of data from internal system for conversion and loading elsewhere internally. Ad hoc projects as needed. Our team is EDMI - Electronic Data Migration and Implementation. It consists of Analysts and Developers whose charter is ensuring history claims data is loaded into members pharmacy profiles ahead of their effective date with OptumRx. The top responsibilities of this position are: 1. By following a defined Vendor Transition workflow and use of the ServiceNow ticketing system, manage a list of assigned clients and/or associated tasks in your queue 2. Upon intake of client file, identify if a conversion program exists or if one needs to be created. Ability to perform mapping exercise would be beneficial for cases of custom input layouts. Using provided tools, convert the data into our standard load format. 3. Load the data into our adjudication system, RxCLM. Monitor all reports to ensure load performed as expected. Raise issues as needed if validation is not passed on this or any other step. 4. Match loaded claims data to eligibility data using tools provided. Monitor reports to ensure match results are as expected and then ensure claims data is moved to production profiles. 5. Communicate with business partners, team SMEs/mentors, members of other IT teams, project managers and leadership on issues, status, risks, etc. 6. May be asked to perform other functions of similar work where the source data already exists on our platform and needs to be extracted and reloaded to a different member or account structure. 7. Responsible for tracking time against projects and other ad hoc work that may be assigned. Our adjudication platform is AS400/iSeries. Tools are largely provided as menu options.
