Job Description Developer: Microsoft SQL 2008, Microsoft SQL 2008 R2, CSV, Sales Force Geospatial Technologies Dash

*Description:

*Client seeks to hire a Salesforce implementor to integrate the Agencys replicated database to the Salesforce platform and develop the required dashboards and reports.

*Through SalesForce, Client can analyze its license database for purchase and sales patterns on a large or individual scale. Client also wants to use the platform to send tailored messaging directly to its customers. First year success for Client includes:
*Functioning key dashboards
*Automated “Thank You for your purchase” reply
*Automated renewal reminders
*Ability for targeted marketing messages.

*Through SalesForce, Client will develop a better understanding of its customers. This enhanced understanding will allow for strategic and targeted communications, which will lead to a better renewal rates by its customers.
