Monitor training completion, effectiveness, competency, and user feedback; develop corrective actions as needed. Ensure training content aligns with approved Epic workflows, organizational policies, and operational requirements. Support go-live and post-go-live training activities, including at-the-elbow support when appropriate. Standardize training processes across DSOHF facilities while accommodating differences in behavioral health, long-term care, developmental disability, and other clinical environments.
