Required Qualifications: • Mid-Level Desktop technician • 3 – 5 years experience supporting Windows XP desktops, Citrix Thin Client environments, Novell workstations and user account administration. • 3- 5 years Experience troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues on desktop PCs, laptops, printers and other peripherals. • Experience with remote control technology to remotely assist users with technical issues • Excellent customer service • Experience troubleshooting software issues, basic server and networking troubleshooting   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
