Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees. Responsibilities: Primary function is to lead the onboarding of new clients into the HP Enterprise Services - ITO ITSM systems following the corporate standard solutions for Enterprise Services. Evaluate current state, determine future state and design/document the architecture and integration points for each system/technology incorporated into the future-state solution in-line with HP Enterprise Services ITO methodology and in-compliance with HP business and quality management processes and procedures Collaborate with the project manager to develop detailed project plans and work breakdown structures for projects Identify, address, and document technical or operational risks/gaps. Escalate for direction from leadership as required Oversee and provide governance to Technical Engineering team(s) during the technical execution of the project Validate engineering designs, data quality, process flows to implement, assist with test planning Assess business impact of specific technologies/strategies and provide feedback for process improvements Capture and share architectural IP at the project and program level for reuse where applicable Identify potential improvements in HP Enterprise Services, ITO service offerings and processes and provide feedback to the appropriate teams/leaders Promote HP products, services, and HP Enterprise Services portfolio offerings within solutions Investigate and evaluate products (where required) and determine appropriate usage within the HP ES ITO ITSM environment Provide value and leadership to account teams in achieving service excellence Promote a culture of service delivery excellence Secondary function is to provide technical vision for HP Enterprise Services - ITO, e.g. Product & Market Analysis, Lab demonstrations, etc. Technical Skills (2 - 5 yrs experience in 4 or more of the following technical areas): Client Experience, Self-Service, Request Management Portal / Catalog Solutions (HP Propel, SharePoint, or equivalent client experience portal) Business Exchange Services Tools / Solutions / Integrations (HP Service Exchange (HP SX), Microsoft Biztalk or equivalent solutions) Hardware / Software Asset Discovery Tools / Solutions (HP DDMI, Microsoft SCCM or equivalent solutions) Software Distribution Tools (HP Server Automation (HPSA), HP Client Automation Enterprise (HP CAE), Microsoft SCCM or equivalent solutions)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
