Design/implementation experience with Synapse, ADF V2, ADF Data flows, Azure Databricks, SQLDB/Hyperscale, SQLDW, ADLS Gen 2 and other Azure services 5. Spark/PySpark/Python based design/development 6. SQL development including PL/SQL, preferably SQL Server but another RDBMS may be fine 7. Good communication (verbal & written) & documentation skills Responsibilities: 1. Architect an Azure cloud-native enterprise data solution with emphasis on data integration, data governance, and catering to machine learning and reporting end uses 2. Design plug-n-play components that can be orchestrated into data flows 3. Design data ingestion patterns based on source systems and data formats 4. Design data quality framework 5. Optimize the code base for automation, performance, scalability, reliability, operational efficiency, cost and code promotion across environments 6. Streamline design & coding standards, and best practices 7. Recommend build vs buy options 8. Help prioritize data pipeline development backlog and create multi-year roadmap 9.
