Responsible for compiling and synthesizing information concerning technology processes or systems. Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or other related field. Ability to manage multiple assignments Superior written and oral communication skills. Able to matrix manage, have strong project work and project planning experience. 6-10+ years of experience. IT System Analyst working on telecom billing application. Position will be analyzing existing application functionality in both code and database to understand mapping of data constructs from one billing application to another, and assist in design of enhancements required to convert customer account data. Candidates will be expected to work on problems of moderate and varied complexity, where analysis of data may require adaptation of standardized practices or precedent; manage multiple assignments simultaneously; exercise discretion and independent judgment in meeting aggressive delivery timeline.
