The primary responsibility of this position is to design and implement application solutions for Benefit Payments System. This position is to backfill for existing state employees who were fulfilling these duties but have been assigned to the SCUBI project. Knowledge. Skills and Abilities: Required Skills: • Technical knowledge and experience with mainframe technology. COBOL 10 years.
