Responsibilities: Plans, designs, and executes document management applications for product implementations, upgrades, enhancements & conversions. Develops test plans & data for new/existing applications, & work with internal customers & IT to test & verify a projects conformance to business requirements. Develops test scenarios as detailed in the technical specifications. Documents, maintains & modifies existing document application programs. Works on analysis-type problems related to activities & procedures. Proactively identifies & resolves complex system & production problems. Implements & tests new & updated software versions of systems both used & administered by the department. Creates & maintains the conditional processing tables, electronic form & other systems used in product development. Coordinates & performs the tasks related to testing & implementation of moving products to production. Creates & maintains JCL for Contract Development & initiatives projects. Assesses document needs, layout variable information requirements, design program requirements & code/update programs within the Conditional Processing System (CPS). Troubleshoots & solves software production problems in the department. Assists in the administration of the electronic library & forms management system. Assists with the coordination of the conversion form existing mainframe composition & forms management system to new system.
