Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate. 2. Graduate Degree preferred. 3. 10+ years of experience across various aspects of Technology Delivery 5+ years of TDM experience at a project or organizational level 3-5 years of experience in Database technologies 4. Adept in designing and managing Test Data Management (TDM) solutions and framework on Mainframe (IMS & DB2 on zOS) and distributed platforms using various scripts & (at least one of the) tools such as IBM Optim, CA TDM, Delphix, RedGate etc. 5. Proven knowledge & hands on experience with TDM capabilities such as masking, sub setting, synthetic data generation and Gold Copy 6. Working experience in Mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, FILEAID, SPUFI, TSO/ISPF, IDMS & ADSO etc. 7. Have excellent understanding on RDBMS systems such as Oracle, MS SQL Server & DB2. 8. Have hands on expertise in SQL queries, data modelling and data flow knowledge 9. Knowledge of and exposure to APIs, web services, 10. Working experience with UNIX and Windows Server systems 11. Strong knowledge of application testing phases and practices to align test data strategy 12. Knowledge and understanding of Waterfall and Agile/Scrum procedures, processes, and practices 13. Experience interfacing with middle and senior level management 14. Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills 15. Strong decision-making and leadership abilities 16. Strong organizational and problem solving abilities 17. Understanding of complexity of working in a large enterprise in relation to infrastructure, application and data 18. Excellent understanding of development and testing practices 19. Leadership in growing team expertise to align with demand and TDs business and technology direction; assess team capabilities, identify ways to provide and enhance value delivered. 20. Knowledge of principles, practices and IT processes appropriate to the quality delivery development and stewardship. 21. Previous TD experience is a plusTechnical Skill Set Requirements 22. Expertise in performance test design, test scripting, execution, monitoring & analysis of complex multi-tier distributed applications in both .J2EE and .NET platforms 23. Experience in Data profiling, cleansing, sub setting and validation and ETL of production copy data to test systems 24. Experience in Synthetic Test data creation using automated data extraction and data masking 25.
