Must be able to perform impact analysis of CA 2E functions and apply changes to all impacted Exposure to Change Management tools such as Implementer or Turnover is essential Able to create and update QUERY and STORED PROCEDURES Able to read COBOL / RPG programs and sufficient to debug generated programs Ability to create System utilities for controls and validations Strong troubleshooting skills, and diligent in the pursuit of issue resolutions Code with a minimal amount of guidance and able to meet aggressive deadlines. Ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations and in making decisions Ability to follow or give verbal and written instructions, as applicable. Ability to provide end user documentation and training on new applications/solutions that are deployed. Ability to multi-task and change priorities on demand Ability to identify and remove roadblocks to enable timely resolution of issues and service requests. Ability to manage user expectations based upon the available resources and workload. Ability to provide timely and accurate feedback to management about the status of critical assignments and about the team status. Job Description: o Maintenance of an existing computer system, including error resolution and enhancements to existing systems utilizing CA:2E toolset. o Perform accurate and independent analysis and diagnosis of error(s) in an efficient manner. o Document the problem and proposed solution(s) to program specification level, making recommendation of the most appropriate solution. o Organize and participate in meetings with user groups and other IT areas, o Partner with business users to understand scope, complexity and impact of issues. o Generate required test databases, conduct and reports on Unit tests, System tests and Integration tests. o Provide support and assistance to user community during User Acceptance testing. o Provide accurate and timely analysis of problems identified during testing. o Will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, work to deadlines, provide accurate estimates to complete tasks, and work to TRS design and development standards   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
