We have a 24-month project with our client in Rensselaer, NY that requires a Unisys COBOL Application Developer Analyst Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to: Analysis, design and development of modifications for the WMS application using COBOL. Perform writing of database commands, procedures, and subroutines on a UNISYS mainframe. Analysis, design, and development of both online and batch programs Work in coordination with the intra agency teams and customers to support the application and interfaces. Perform unit testing and coordination of UAT and resolve deficiencies for retest. Analysis and resolution of production issues relating to the application or the database. Mandatory Qualifications: Develops and implements applications and programs for the backend processing systems used in businesses and organizations. 84+ months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Preferred Qualifications: 84 months experience COBOL programming experience. 84 months experience with UNISYS DPS/TIP 2200 and UCS/ACSI Cobol. 48 months experience in system analysis and design and speaking with customers to clarify requirements. 48 months experience with UNISYS 2200 DMS (Cobol). 48 months experience with UNISYS OS 2200 EXEC/ECL.
