Guide a module Development Team. Guide design meetings and reviews. Create/Architect shared services that may be utilized by other agencies when appropriate. Create/Architect the technical environment that will be used to implement the legacy system integrations. Guide code reviews. Coordinate unit and integrated testing. Enforce architectural, design, and coding standards. Create system documentation. Create technical specifications. Mandatory Qualifications: Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system. 84+ Months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
