Assist in focusing the end users on pre-built capability over custom code Configuring user profiles, role hierarchy, sharing rules and security Create and maintain system documentation Communicate and apply future Salesforce releases and enhancements. Provide recommendations to improve the release process including implementing automation where possible Work with the team to develop and implement recommendations for process improvements and resolutions to difficult operational and technical issues Support and improve the existing software development life cycle including design, development, testing (QA and UAT) and deployment Expected Deliverables Technical design documentation Test plans Tested APEX code & Visual Force Pages Experience Level: senior The Contractor should be able to demonstrate the following skills Excellent communication and analytical skills to engage with business subject matter experts to solution business needs 5+ years experience developing directly on Salesforce/force.com products using APEX, Visualforce and SOQL.
