The Public Defenders Case Management System is expected to go live in 2018. The project has been delayed due to lack of appropriately skilled resources for key project areas. This position will play a key role in ensuring the implementation of the case management System for PDO meets objectives, is on time and on budget by increasing staff adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize staff adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the new technology system that impact staff. While the change manager may or may not have supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work through many others in the organization to succeed. The change manager will act as a mentor for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. The change manager may also provide direct support and mentoring to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions. The change manager will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans. Job Description: Qualifications: Five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting the organizational change management efforts on projects that include organizational transformation supported by a technology solution. Organizational Change Management Certification Six Sigma Certification* Demonstrated experience in: Principles and practices of Organizational Change Management – at least three different theories; Readiness Criteria Development and Assessment; Best practices for marketing change and material development; Best practices for communicating with sponsors and stakeholders Best practices for development of business processes, procedures and work instructions; Instructional Design and Curriculum Development Principles and practices of business problem solving; Change Agent and Champion network development and management Team dynamics and team building; Principles and practices of producing project, business and technical documentation; Operating as a member of an Organizational Change Management team Responsibilities: Partner with the Organizational Change Manager to plan marketing, communications and training activities that address key adoption factors Identify dependencies and risks that may impact the success of the organizational change management plan Develop marketing and communication materials for all vehicles; Communicate clearly with stakeholders including Sponsor, Project Team and staff, both orally and in writing; e.g., share technical information with a non-technical audience Evaluate effectiveness of marketing and communication material Contribute to the development of policies related to processes, procedures and work instructions Contribute to the execution of User Acceptance Testing(UAT); Collaborate with Organizational Change Manager and key stakeholders to understand training requirements and perform needs analysis and skill   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
