DAy to day Job 10+ years of experience in SAP applications related work experience including 1-2 S/4 HANA full lifecycle SAP implementations in PP at least 4 life cycle implementations in MM/PP. • Have experience with S/4 HANA PP & MM new functionalities like MRP Live, business partners etc. • Have strong configuration and testing skills in the areas of SAP Forecasting, Demand Management, Production Planning (MRP) and Shop Floor Execution. • Experience of mapping all the Production processes like MTS, MTO, ATO, Repetitive and CTO in SAP • Experience interfacing with SAP ME/MII application • Possess expertise in the use of different Planning strategies in various scenarios. • Expertise in PP/MM-WM and PP/MM-EWM interface setup and manage various scenarios with or without KANBAN. • Solid understanding of the business process and the SAP product in order to effectively analyze the current state and how changes may need to be made to successfully implement a SAP solution. • Detailed knowledge of SAP Procure to Pay, Materials Management and Inventory Management processes, hands on experience in configuration of P2P and IM processes, including Vendor Management, Product Life Cycle Mgmt., Inventory best practices • Can Configure and provide support for Intercompany PO, Subcontracting, Stock Transfer Order, service orders, contract orders and blanket orders together with supporting consignment. • Possess expertise in PO/PR Release strategy setup based on various business requirements. • Demonstrated track record of leadership and client management • Strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to write at a publication quality level in order to communicate findings and recommendations to the clients senior management team • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Understanding the application of Engineering Change Management and Order Change management functionality. • Must have experience in onsite/offshore delivery model. • Additional experience with any industry specific tools/solutions preferred • Experience in cutover and data migration tool such as LSMW and DATA Migration Workbench • Understanding the integration with various SAP modules like SD, EWM, QM and CO • Proven ability to translate business requirements, processes and designs into well documented system designs and preparation business process global template. • Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms • A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
