The workflow BA will solicit, understand, and analyze business data, objectives, and processes. BA will translate user need into materials for successful IT design and development. BA will write gather and write requirements. BA will conduct user interviews and help joint-application-development (JAD) sessions. BA will clarify and document IT project scope, current/future state, business/application workflows, functional/system requirements and test cases. BA will actively participate in the software development life cycle (SLDC) and transfer information to IT Project teams. Work Terms and Conditions: During the extent of COVID-19, consultant is expected to telework from home and have suitable internet connection and environment to comply with GTRI telework policies. Local candidates will be strongly considered. Upon the resumption of normal work operations, the consultant is expected to work on-site full-time in Atlanta, Georgia. While the intent may be a long-term tenure, this position is subject to annual budget restrictions. The initial contract is through the end of this fiscal year and is anticipated to be renewed July 1, 2021.
