Invision, NDC, Premis, Pharmacy, QRS, VPS, etcK). o Providers system services and application support. o System/File build knowledge and participation. o Experience performing data analysis and developing database reports using Microsoft SQL Server and Business Objects Crystal Reports. o Ability to identify and extract appropriate data sets from system databases and to extrapolate data into useful reports that drive process improvements. o Ability to develop, test and implement complex SQL queries, stored procedures and SSIS packages. o Ability to monitor and optimize query and database performance. o Application Support, Maintenance, Upgrades, Hardware support, Desktop Technologies. PROCESS ANALYSIS AND IMPROVEMENT o Design and document information system requirements including functional specifications, data flow, screen layouts, and conversion activities. o Experience performing in-depth analysis of business operations. o Experience applying process improvement and re-engineering methods to improve business processes and operations. o Experience with business process modeling tools. o Ability to define and implement business process and technology improvement strategies. o Ability to identify, analyze and solve complex problems. o Solid understanding and real-world practice of Project Management Methodology (Project LifeCycle/PMBOK). o Assist in formulating milestones and requirements for software installations and system improvement projects. o Experience defining, documenting and validating business needs. o Experience creating key project deliverables, such as software requirements specifications, business requirements, scope documents and project plans. o Assist in short and long term planning for the department. o Maintain technical awareness of industry standards and suggest recommendations to enhance system functions, reduce costs, and improve efficiencies.
