B. 2 years report development experience using Crystal Reports Additional Qualifications: A. Strong written and verbal skills B. Experience operating as a member of a team C. 1 or more solid years of experience with Microsoft Reporting Services D. Experience writing reports against a data warehouse E. Development of complex queries, sub forms/reports, sorting, sub and grand totals, parameter driven queries Strong experience working with Business Systems Analysts, Report and Data Owners in the debugging and troubleshooting of data, universe or query issues G. Strong documentation and source code repository tools (Visual –SourceSafe) skills H. A team player yet an aggressive self-starter and change agent who needs little supervision and possesses leadership characteristics with a strong commitment to his/her career. I.
