Job Description: Our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program is expanding the Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution and capabilities using CyberArk products. You will be joining a growing team responsible with developing, documenting and supporting the PAM solution. Focusing on automation and self-service documentation, we will be empowering other teams to work faster and more securely. You will be responsible for medium to long-term assignments of significant complexity and/or budgetary, strategic, or operational impacts. Primary work will entail development of business cases, project scope, project charter, requirements/process flow definition documentation, and manage scope change and project issues. Oversee and provide guidance around decision-making, task prioritization/assignment, long term planning, test and deployment strategies, problem/issue/conflict resolution, risk assessment, project performance feedback, team communications, customer service, and client relations. You will need to Exhibit abstract thinking, understanding of business needs, process optimization and integration, project management and business process improvement best practices. Participate in, and/or provides guidance and direction for, complex large-scale assignments with high business impact. Provide guidance for the preparation of estimates, evaluations, and recommendations. Demonstrate expert level problem solving, decision-making, and functional area knowledge. Mentor and provide direction to team members. Essential Job Functions & Tasks: * Analyze and document processes, problems, trends and strategies at an expert level to assist in the development and implementation of technical solutions that achieve business goals. * Contribute to the execution of IT projects from project idea through the project implementation with a focus on requirement development and management. Focus for the Supply BSA is on technical requirements of the project, testing, and completing solution delivery. * Manage customer/IT relationships advocating toward solutions which return high value to the organization. * Manage assigned application portfolio through leading and/or participating in strategic planning and execution, as well as, ensuring creation and maintenance of portfolio level process models. * Manage interaction with regulatory, compliance, internal/external audit teams to support internal and external audit (NERC/CIP, SOX) activities related to identity and access governance. * Communicate and present ideas that influence others. * Understand and adhere to processes and standards that apply to daily work. * Utilize collective skills to elicit and communicate business drivers.
