Identity management includes the setup, transfer, management, and termination of IDs. Entitlement management includes the configuration and security settings and access on business application and infrastructure technologies, as well as processing, troubleshooting, and approving access to technological resources such as systems, files, websites, databases, etc. Contributes to the integrity and validity of these secured resources. Provides quality, timely and efficient security technology support (level two support) to associates, select subsidiaries, and external contractors to meet security business needs. Develops advanced knowledge of assigned specialized security technologies. Completes team projects and participates in enterprise wide projects as assigned by the Manager of Enterprise Access, representing the Information Security Administration team and upholding enterprise security policy and best practices. Provides emergency or escalated security support for associates, select subsidiaries and external contractors both during and after core hours. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Provides identity and entitlement management functions for centralized business applications and infrastructure technologies residing on mainframe and distributed network platforms. Completes security access requests in a consistent and thorough manner within stated turnaround time with minimal mistakes. Completes setup, transfer, and termination of security access. IDs are established for associates, select subsidiaries, and external contractors on supported applications and systems. Applies research, troubleshooting, problem analysis, and existing knowledge of security and enterprise infrastructure to independently identify and resolve security issues. Identifies and presents all possible solutions and recommends a course of action for security requests and issues that require management escalation. Identify and address non-compliance to security policies and standards when processing requests and providing security consulting. Questions inappropriate or invalid requests regardless of approval granted by an area Security Coordinator or business owner. Effectively communicates with the requestor and Security Coordinators in a thorough and courteous manner, providing clear security explanation and guidance as needed regardless of the associates seniority or technical level. Responds to time critical security technology processing with a sense of urgency. Prioritizes urgent request accordingly and appropriately. Provides after hour (24x7) on call security support on a rotational basis for enterprise network via cellular phone and mobile computer. Completes team projects and participates in enterprise wide projects as assigned. Independently manages the execution and completion of assigned projects of medium to high complexity and wide-ranging scope (e.g. implementation of new enterprise software, significant upgrade of existing software). Project tasks are typically not well defined and require independent research and testing. Provides security administration and knowledge of existing processes and procedures to support project work being completed by senior members of Information Security or IT.
