Reconciliations are data processes where data representing the same accounts from two systems are compared to ensure the systems are reflecting the same information. This data could be balances, transactions, trades or positions. The candidate must be able to: Listen to business requirements and ask questions to determine how to source, transform and match data Analyze business requirements against source data and resolve issues (missing data, data integrity, etc) Perform data transformations (in the DART tool) to modify source data in preparation for data matching Create - match - jobs to compare data from the two systems Configure a user interface to display data according to business requirements his role is equal parts, analysis and development. The candidate will work on reconciliation jobs from initial requirements gathering through testing and promotion to production.
