In addition, OA-ITSD is requesting that the vendor provide design documents that meet agency standards, which may be used for future development. The goal of this project is to perform a Business Process Reengineering (BPR), establish system improvement objectives and identify constraints of the current business processes while capturing all functionality as it relates to the MAIRS application. The analysis shall include a review of the MAIRS application, the Electronic Applications System (EASe) DB2 shared database with MAIRS, the State of Missouri Merit Registers and MO Careers data extraction from the MAIRS and EASe DB2 shared database and the MAIRS connection to SAM II-HR System. * Meet with OA-ITSD and DOPs Subject Matter Experts (SME) project team members for kick-off meeting and complete a project plan which shall include milestones and deliverables. * Provide the ITSD Project Manager status reports on a weekly basis using ITSD Project Status Report template. * Interview DOP SME(s) to conduct MAIRS system analysis of the current business processes and identify interfaces in order to construct specification recommendations for a new and improved MAIRS system. * Conduct and document Model-Driven structured analysis using diagramming tools including, but not limited to, a Data Flow Diagram (DFD) depicting the flow of data and processes through the system and a Context Diagram to depict the proposed business processes in the MAIRS system. All diagrams shall serve as specification recommendations for the next phase of this project.
