Experience and Qualifications: - Working knowledge of DBMS such as DB2, Oracle, SQL Server and ETL tools such as Data Stage or Ab Initio required. - Working knowledge of Big Data[Hadoop, Netezza, Composite] and Visualization technologies such as SAS, Tableau, Qlikview and Cognos desired but not mandatory. - A minimum of 6 years of project management experience leading technical application development, infrastructure or data center projects. - Hands-on experience in a full systems life cycle [[waterfall and/or agile methodology], methodology from discovery to deployment including Change Management and QA/Testing processes. - Exceptional risk identification and mitigation ability including agility and creativity in resolving project issues without impacting schedule or cost. - Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) used in daily interaction with direct and extended project team and presenting ideas and solutions. - Experienced in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis on projects including scope, resource and schedule. - Experienced with project management tools such as Microsoft Project Plan, Power Point, Excel, Word and Visio. - Working knowledge of life insurance business, terms, and processes - Big-4 Consulting experience preferred - Advanced degrees (Masters, MBA, etc); PMP Certification preferred Please send your resume to samantha.moore@experis.com   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
