DLP is a suite of technology, people, & processes that can identify, monitor, & protect data-in-use on workstations, data-in-motion over networks, & data-at-rest. DLP systems are designed to detect & prevent unauthorized use & transmission of sensitive information. You will be working with a team whose responsibilities include designing/implementing data loss protection controls that protect data & systems in accordance with industry standards & governance/compliance requirements. Job duties & responsibilities: Assist with prioritization of Symantec DLP policy implementations Assist in the creation & maintenance of DLP reports, metrics, & DLP operational procedures Assist with automation & integration of DLP with helpdesk & ticketing systems Required skills: Knowledge of Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems Experience with systems integration. Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, common protocols and related security issues Knowledgeable in at least one programming or scripting language (C, Java, C#, VB, Perl, python, shell scripting) Advanced knowledge of Windows Active Directory and LDAP Ability to obtain a Public Trust / Sensitive Clearance Additional skills & experiences preferred: Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Windows SQL and Reporting Services Certifications: Security+, CEH, CISSP, CCNA Ability to appropriately handle sensitive & confidential information Experience & comfort working in a distributed environment Ability to work independently Ability to see opportunities & drive results at various levels of the organization.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
