The ideal candidate will have 8-10 solid years of experience, setting standards and using best practices. Must have proven Active Directory design, implementation and support experience in large, enterprise environments to be considered a possible candidate. Microsoft certification is mandatory. Must also have strong technical, written and oral skills to manage a team of engineers. Ability to provide day to day support of the operations and project support to align with enterprise IT initiatives. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Active Directory (AD) in large enterprise, multi-datacenter environments exceeding 50K users. 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Windows clustering solutions 5+ experience with group policy, especially security policies 5+ years leading Windows server based initiatives for complex, global organizations. Expert level knowledge of Active Directory Sites and Services, including Bridge Head servers and Replication Connectors Expert level knowledge of Forest and Domain Trusts and Federation Expert level knowledge of Windows DNS, DHCP and WINS, including hosts and lmhosts files Expert level knowledge of protocols such as: Kerberos, TCP, UDP, IPv4, IPv6, Routing (RIP, OSPF) Expert level knowledge of Windows server operating systems (NT/2000/2003/2008/2008 R2) Expert level knowledge of server hardware: HP, Dell, and IBM to include blade technologies Must possess advanced troubleshooting skills including: AD replication, FRS issues Experience integrating Windows environments with 3rd party DNS servers (e.g. Infoblox) PREFFERED TECHNICAL SKILLS: Windows Certificate services and PKI Firewall experience LDAP and Secure LDAP Scripting VB Script, PowerShell, Batch Networking Hardware LAN Cards, NIC Teaming, Switches Advanced Microsoft and Cisco certifications REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS in Computer Science or Engineering Current Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
