NO ] Description: SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: Promote new Windows 2008R2 servers in each location to domain controllers and raise level to 2008 Forest (4 locations, 5 servers) (OSs have been installed by client and patched) *Assumes sites outside of Columbia can be done remotely. - Install Active Directory and DNS on new servers, configure according to best practices and test - Install and migrate DHCP to new servers, configure according to best practices and test - Set up replication for optimal speed between sites and redundant DHCP/DNS , move file sharing to DFS - Demote old Windows 2003 domain controllers to member servers and ensure roles on new 2008 Servers are functioning properly - Provide documentation detailing new environment REQUIRED SKILLS: SERVER 2003/2008 ADMIN/ENGINEERING PREFERRED SKILLS: ACTIVE DIRECTORY DNS SERVER 2003/2008 DHCP NETWORK ADMINISTRATION   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
