The team is responsible for the baseline operations of Appraisal data collection systems and cross suite data analytics and compliance. The team is additionally responsible for planning, testing, and implementing prioritized change to benefit the internal and external customer base as well as meeting mandated changes required by our regulator. As subject matter experts, this team identifies requirements, creates project and process specifications, coordinates with project teams and performs user acceptance testing. The group represents the organization across departmental lines in support of tactical transactions and processes as well as initiatives that are considered strategic for the company. The incumbent for this position will serve as the End-to-End User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead for Operations in support of integrated system implementations. Responsibilities Include: Validate & obtain buy-in on E2E test approach with Product owners Integration and coordination with UAT and Tech Leads Develop Test Strategy and Test Plan from release scope Develop business scenarios from high level requirements Write business test cases and validate test results Manage Test Data generation Interact and communicate with both business and technical personnel to solve business challenges Coordinate integrated E2E UAT environment availability Primary POC for all status/dashboard reporting Perform User Acceptance Testing Work, in partnership, with internal and external stakeholders Manage projects independently and as a part of the team with internal and external stakeholders Basic Requirements: 5 plus years of experience in change management, quality assurance or business process redesign work Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience Strong change management experience Knowledge of the secondary mortgage market Ability to manage organized meetings with clear purpose and well defined take a ways Knowledge of testing applications such as HP ALM and DOORS Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to support change management and issue resolution Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Business Rules Logic and testing of business rules Ability to understand, test, and document change within Agile and waterfall methodologies Data creation to support User Acceptance Testing Ability to Multi-task and drive to deadlines Familiarity with complex testing environments Familiarity working with external Vendors to implement change Working knowledge with SQL and pulling data from large and complex data sources Strong interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Previous experience performing User Acceptance Testing Ability to build standard regression test suites Proven ability to learn new business concepts and skills quickly Defect Management and communications   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
