Data Modeling - Practitioners level understating of data structures, SQL, and data modeling principles such as relational and dimensional data modeling. Application Development - Sufficient exposure to software development to assure interest and aptitude to work with enterprise BI tools for reporting, analysis and data management. Strong understanding of application development lifecycle methods (i.e. waterfall, Agile). Orientation to business systems - Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Healthcare Informatics. An understanding of basic business processes and information flow. Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience building advanced Dashboards for ongoing measurement and self-service needs – Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI 1-3 years of experience writing advanced SQL, performance tuning of BI queries, and developing automated data reporting Experience in data wrangling, blending and other techniques to support customer analytical requests Demonstrated ability to QA data and analytics to ensure actionable analytics to our customers Knowledge of scripting for automation (Python, Perl, Ruby, etc.).
