EXCELLENT Verbal and Written Communication is needed. Responsible for facilitation requirements gathering sessions with Subject Matter Experts and end-users for reports, understanding the business needs, creating detailed requirements for reports and dashboards, providing the requirements to technical staff for programming, as well as, testing, documenting and supporting the completed products. Excellent communication (written especially) requirements, documentation skills and attention to detail are required. Experience with Tableau is a plus. Complete Description: • Facilitates interviews with Subject Matter Experts and business users to elicit requirements for reports and/or dashboards. • Will participate on teams consisting of developers, Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders to cover the business requirements, process flow, use cases and the supporting integration documents into fully functional application that meets the users needs. Experience with PEGA and Microsoft Visio is plus. • Experience with developing systems via a structed Software Development Life Cycle methodology and UI design. • Analyzes existing reports, access databases and dashboards for enhancement, consolidation or replacement. • Creates detailed requirements for reports and/or dashboards including business rules, data mappings, visualizations, mockups, basic summary statistics and drill-down. • Provides report and system requirements to technical teams for development. • Tests reports and/or dashboards to ensure accuracy. • Ensures reference data is properly incorporated into reports and/or dashboards. • Assist with the development of end-user training materials and conduction training on reports and dashboards. • Supports end-users with reports and dashboards including troubleshooting and facilitating enhancements.
