The term of this SOW shall be from July 1, 2017, or on the date which the order is issued, whichever is later. It shall end at midnight, Eastern Time, on June 30, 2018. The State of Floridas performance and obligation to pay under this purchase order and any subsequent renewal is contingent upon annual appropriation by the Legislature and satisfactory performance of the Contractor. The DOH will conduct a criminal history record check, including fingerprinting, on the consultant assigned by the Contractor prior to the consultant commencing work for the Department. The Department retains sole discretion as to whether the results of the criminal history record check will result in the Contractors employee being disqualified from performing services pursuant to this agreement. The contractors staff assigned to this contract, at a minimum, must have the following experience: 5.1. Application Development Experience • 10 years of experience communicating project updates both orally and in written form with technical staff, executive management and end user staff. • 10 years of experience with facilitating and developing applications from use cases, process documents, and work flow diagrams. • 10 years of experience working with end-users and subject matter experts to document existing processes and identify appropriate changes to existing processes. • 10 years of experience translating the above documented processes to program code. • 10 years of experience interacting with highly confidential data as it relates to infectious diseases, personally identifiable information, and the security implications of such interaction. • 10 years of experience with the use of Microsoft Project, Visio, Word and Excel. • 5 years of experience developing web-based applications in a Microsoft .Net environment. • 5 years of experience with object-oriented development techniques. • 5 years of experience with HL7. • 5 years of experience with creating, parsing, and transforming electronic data interchange messages utilizing HL7, XML, or X12. • 5 years of experience with Mirth Connect, Orion Rhapsody Integration Engine, or Infor Cloverleaf Integration Engine. • 5 years of experience with Team Foundation Server. • 3 years of experience with Entity Framework. • 1 year of experience with Visual Studio Team Services. • 1 year of experience with Git Source Control system. • 1 year of experience with SharePoint Online. • 1 year of experience with Azure. • Certification in Mirth Connect, Orion Rhapsody Integration Engine, or Infor Cloverleaf Integration Engine. 5.2.
