Were currently looking at this as a contract-only position, running through the end of the year. MINIMUM: · 5-7 years experience as a data management practitioner designing and implementing data architecture. · 5-7 years presenting data architecture and rationalization for change to Director-level and below. · Ability to conduct data profiling & data quality assessments. · Ability to forward & reverse engineer databases to established technical and metadata standards. · Ability to translate complex technical terminology, concepts and issues in terms understandable to technical and non-technical management and staff. · Must be an effective communicator with strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills. · Ability to create and maintain conceptual, logical, physical and dimensional models. · Strong time management, prioritization, and interpersonal skills. · Strong understanding of operational and analytical data architectures. · Strong understanding of relational and dimensional theory. · Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycles and development methodologies. · Ability to define data management standards and methods. PREFERRED: · Awareness of DAMA-DMBOK. · Awareness of Total Quality Information Management (TQIM) principles and practices. · ETL architecture and development skills. · Financial industry knowledge. · Oracle / DB2 / SQL Server database design skills. · Bachelors Degree preferred · Application Development experience · Data Migration experience · Data Quality experience · Data Warehouse experience · Database Administration experience · Leadership experience · Metadata Management experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
