Responsible for the design, implementation, management and operational support of data transformation and the related databases and other technologies. Responsible for the development and implementation of preventative maintenance routines to ensure availability and performance of data transformation jobs and their related management systems. Provide system performance tuning and capacity planning required to maintain the data extraction job success. Design procedural templates that enforce site standards. Key Responsibilities: Implementation of best practices and procedures pertaining to data integration design. Creation and upkeep of data migration playbooks and runbooks. Work closely with the business and IT teams in creating scalable data integrations processes. Design, build, and maintain ETL and ELT pipelines and processes. Identify and understand source data systems and become an expert of data sources and flows. Explore and recommend technologies and techniques to improve performance and design of data pipelines. Required Skills/Experience: BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field MS/MA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field a plus 5+ years of experience in relational database concepts with hands-on experience in MSSQL, or Oracle 5+ years of experience in database programming with T-SQL or PL-SQL 5+ years of experience with dimensional and star schema modeling techniques 5+ years of experience working with Informatica Power Center and Informatica Cloud Extensive knowledge in the transformation of data via SQL transformations using views.
