Contractors must indicate the candidates primary residence location to aid ITD in determining the applicability of a fully burdened rate, and its subsequent evaluation of the Contractors rate proposal. The Resource must work with various members of ITDs Information Technology group to troubleshoot and implement software applications and hardware configurations. The Resource must produce technical documentation, written instructions, and training to end users and project stakeholders for technology implemented. The Resource must successfully test and repair configuration problems using network and security tools. The Resource must provide updates to ITD management regarding progress and task completion. The Resource must accomplish quality audits and verify functionality. The Resource must work with Information Security to implement security requirements into a finished product. The Resource must assist with release management of projects as well. The Resource must work with Business Analysts to supply requirements for project efforts. Agency Expected Deliverables Documentation of systems Written training materials Documented quality audits Specific Skills Required (Programming languages, databases, operating systems, etc.) Four year technical degree Experience with enterprise web filtering solutions, DMV driver systems, enterprise endpoint security solutions, experience supporting enterprise mobile devices Experience working in regulated environments (ex.
