The Offeror must also state when status reports will be provided and what will be included in those reports Key business areas within the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) such as Transportation Management System (TMS), Motor Carrier Express (MCE), Controllers office, General Services and Design are dependent upon Cognos reporting as part of MoDOTs daily operations. Cognos Reporting capability is dependent upon Cognos administration support with underlying key MoDOT infrastructure requirements. Key MoDOT applications such as the TMS and MCE are dependent upon Cognos 10 support with underlying key MoDOT infrastructure requirements. The work covered by this PAQ is to provide for monitoring, maintaining, trouble shooting, and repairing key Cognos models, reports and environments to ensure that MoDOT infrastructure operates efficiently and provides the highest degree of availability on a 24 hours per day, 7 day a week basis. Offeror must be available to help with any issues that may arise during this timeframe affecting the core functionality of the application, including an on-site presence.
