Position will work closely with GP, BU and IT SMEs while working on data-driven business solutions. Position will also interface with data architects and data scientist(s). Responsible for the acquisition and integration of data from multiple internal and external sources to make available to various reporting mediums such as scorecards, dashboards, and reports, which are subsequently communicated to all levels of operations and management. Main data sources: SAP (TAS), IHS, SCADA, IoT Sensor data, WellView, Impact/Intellex (HSE) and WSI Weather Forecast. Current programs emphasis is cost analytics, maintenance optimization and uplift optimization. Responsibilities may include: • Perform data mining and data mapping • Ensure data integrity and data security • Help build, implement and support data integration processes • Drive compliance with appropriate ConocoPhillips data management and analytics governance (Corporate and BU standards and guidelines) • Help develop logical and/or physical data models to support organization initiatives • Help develop and implement future architecture to meet the needs of the global GP community • Develop solutions to deliver information to customers via dashboards and automated processes both internally and externally complete special projects as assigned. • Help with Spotfire,PowerBI and SharePoint development • Support the O&M and POMS Solution Boards with data analysis as needed Basic/Required: • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Admin/Mgmt., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, other related business discipline, other related technical discipline or foreign equivalent • 2+ years of Oil and Gas industry experience • 2+ years of SQL experience • 2+ years of database platform experience (preferably Teradata) • 1+ years of Informatica experience Preferred: • SAP data experience (TAS) • BI tool experience (e.g. Spotfire, MS Power BI) • Experience with AWS cloud based data integration (S3, Athena, Lamda, Kinesis) • Experience with Python and R scripts • Knowledge of ConocoPhillips data management standards, processes, and technologies • Experience in multiple roles such as: Data Architect, Code Development, Data Integration/Modeling, App Analyst, IT Business Analyst, and/or DBA • Experience with SharePoint and TEAMS • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects • Highly self-directed • Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence and motivate others • Able to build and maintain key business relationships • Deliver positive results through realistic planning to accomplish goals • Builds effective solutions based on available information and communicates those decisions timely and effectively   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
