ONSITE The purpose of this request is to procure Business Systems Analysis services for the ODOT Transportation Data Section. This role will be part of a small IS team, that supports business partners and works with vendors to provide software and data solutions. The primary tasks the contractor will perform are as follows: Analyze the various ODOT Transportation Data systems, processes, databases and document the AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and technology. Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit information, guide brainstorming and design sessions, and gain consensus Collaborate with Transportation Data customers about their needs, requirements, and recommend design solution alternatives to ODOT IT business lines. Document requirements and conduct traceability through design and testing Provide unit, system, and user acceptance testing support.
