SMS issuances for TCP/IP Looking for highly-skilled, specialized analysts to service IP Address Management (IPAM) for the entire Enterprise Network. This includes 3rd Level design, engineering, and support of DNS schemes, DHCP schemes, TCP/IP, BIND, WINS, and IPAM hardware/appliance administration. The detailed job requirements are outlined below: IPAM Support - Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Active Directory - In depth knowledge of BIND, DNS, DHCP, and WINS for troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis - In depth knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol - Create and maintain SMS issuances for TCP/IP Configurations, Application Configurations, and Windows OS Registry modifications Scripting and Automation - Intermediate to Advanced scripting skills for Linux/Windows (i.e. Perl, Shell, JavaScript, PHP) and web development essential for automated process and integration support - Develop automation to be integrated with Cloud automation tools, load balancers, and IPAM using API and REST - Work with other groups to automate processes - Provide support for automation and production tool infrastructure - Create technical documentation for automated tools - Knowledge of databases (i.e. Oracle, DB2, MS SQL, MySQL) - Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of Linux and Windows Product Support - In depth product knowledge and first-hand experience on design and configuration of Lucent VitalQIP, Lucent DHCP, and Lucent DNS products - In depth product knowledge and first-hand experience on design and configuration of Infoblox DHCP and DNS products including Grid Master and 4000 Series design, feature, and configuration management - Make configuration changes to DNS and DHCP services - Make configuration changes to VitalQIP and Infoblox configuration files - Push DNS/DHCP configurations to servers - Administration of QIP and Infoblox security groups and users (build, create, assign, bind, and delete subnets) - Create and manage DHCP templates OS Experience - In depth knowledge and experience with support and administration of Windows Server 2008 DNS servers - In depth knowledge and experience with support and administration of Red Hat Linux DNS servers - Experience with support and administration of HP-UX DNS servers IP and Infrastructure Security - Knowledge and experience with various encryption technologies including but not limited to Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and IP Security (IPSEC) Design and Engineering - Provide input for DNS, DHCP, and WINS infrastructure design modifications for Infoblox IPAM appliance environment - In depth knowledge and experience on design and configuration of Windows 2008 WINS servers to provide NETBIOS name resolution General 3rd Level Support and Operations - Create knowledge items for new/recurring incidents/problems - Knowledge of project methodology - Responsible for the stability, functionality, and protection of enterprise DNS, DHCP, and WINS infrastructure - Research, evaluate, recommend, and document new products, processes, workflows and procedures for the DNS, DHCP, and WINS infrastructure - Evaluate, recommend, and document modifications to existing products, processes, workflows and procedures to better meet Enterprise needs - Troubleshoot any DNS/DHCP/WINS problem calls from business partners daily - Provide 24/7 service to all business areas - Assist internal and external business partners with problem resolution for IPAM - Develop and administer customized training for business partners on IPAM technology   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
