This resource would also be required to implement the specifications in an existing C#, ASP.net and XML code based solution utilizing a SQL database. This resource should have experience with web UI development including web UI development HTML, JavaScript and JavaScript framework knowledge. The resource should have a background in unit testing. The resource would also be required to modify code to support cross browser compatibility. The resources will work with the IDL IT and Business representatives to validate requirements and to verify that functionality implemented meets specifications. Tracking progress and reporting to team members is also necessary. *Review Attachment A for high level requirements, priorities and project scope details. Agency Expected Deliverables At minimum, the expected deliverables for the project includes those identified below, but are subject to change pending project or business requests. The resource shall coordinate with the IDL project personnel to set project expectations including but not limited to the following: 1) Review functional requirements and translate into technical specifications. 2) Design and develop appropriate code and database changes to enable the required functionality for public web application, internal web application and connected SQL Server database. 3) The web application for internal users will authenticate to Windows AD account and be verified via the application. The web application for external users will authenticate via SQL Server 4) Implement the new functionality in the solution. 5) Deliver completed and functional source and object code to IDL on a bi-weekly basis that meets the defined project requirements. 6) Code will be tested and delivered with Release Notes as described in Attachment A. 7) Code will include sufficient in-line documentation comments according to industry standards to assist future maintenance of the application. 8) Updated and IDL editable online user guide documentation. 9) Modifications must be fully functional on Internet Explorer 9.0 and newer, Microsoft Edge for Windows 10, Google Chrome version 38 and newer, Firefox version 33 and newer and Safari 7.0 and newer. 10) Modifications must retain existing compatibility with mobile platforms. 11) Provide documentation showing the results of unit and system tests for all new functionality with each received build. 12) Document system changes and new support requirements. 13) Participate in both the User Acceptance and System testing phases. Specific Skills Required (Programming languages, databases, operating systems, etc.) The resource identified is expected to have at minimum the following qualifications: Experience: 4 plus years experience Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
