Additional qualifications include: - The resource must have demonstrated Team Leadership skills to lead a team of 10 to 15 developers including tracking and reporting team progress, working directly with the client on project objectives, and effectively communicating and mitigating risks. - Minimum 5+ years experience Developing, Debugging, and Unit Testing ASP.NET Web Based Software Applications - Minimum 2+ years experience with C# utilizing the Microsoft .NET Framework v3.5 or higher - Demonstrated experience writing Transact SQL Stored Procedures for SQL Server 2005/2008 - Experience with JavaScript and AJAX technologies - Advanced knowledge and understanding of Design Patterns and/or Object Oriented (OO) Design and Analysis - Experience with N-Tier (layered) Architecture implementing classes for both Data Layers and/or Business Layers integrating to a Microsoft SQL Server database - Experience implementing Generics for displaying lists of data with Web Form controls - Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Requirement Traceability experience preferred - Demonstrated experience creating and executing system/technical design documentation with application development work experience. - Project based application development work experience and familiarity with SDLC - Ability to multitask - Must have strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to communicate effectively across parallel work streams ensuring cross-functional considerations are being addressed - Ability to Troubleshoot and ensure timely and effective resolution of any issues with projects. - Ability to deliver successfully in a tight schedule driven environment - Experience designing or administering SQL Server 2008 is a plus.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
