The selected individual will have a strong background in Full Stack Development for multi-tier enterprise applications utilizing J2EE, Angular 6, Spring MVC, JBoss, RDBMS, and Rest, in an Agile environment. Develop and integrate solutions using various open source architectures Collaborate with team to design new features and functionality Monitor progress against deliverables, employing effective risk and issue management strategies Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and other contractors Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 6+ years of related Software Engineering/Development experience w/ enterprise level, multi-tier, web applications. An additional 5 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Must have Software Development experience utilizing technologies/frameworks such as J2EE, Java 1.8, Angular 6, Spring MVC, JBoss, Fuse, RDBMS, & Rest Development experience that is 30% Front End / 70% Backend, allowing the SE to run front to back with some help from the Front End team as needed. Must have experience reading & debugging code 2+ years estimating, planning, and executing complex projects using Agile SDLC methodologies (preferably SAFe) Exceptionally strong communication skills, verbal and written. Includes the ability to effectively communicate complex information to audiences with varying technical and system backgrounds and at multiple organizational levels Preferred Qualifications: Active Public Trust clearance CMS, Federal Health, or Healthcare IT experience Experience with Spring Boot, JPA, or Hibernate Any experience with Streaming/Messaging concepts Expertise in Secure Coding and Secure Development Life Cycle.
