Analyzes production metrics to determine future performance testing needs. Analyzes business requirements and designs documents to derive performance test scenarios and cases. Documents test procedure findings, and analyzes performance test results. Develops and maintains LoadRunner scripts. Executes and monitors performance tests. Required Skills: * Ability to analyze systems/procedures and write test plans to validate them. * Experience with creating detailed test plans and requirements analysis * Experience designing performance test scenarios * Experience debugging scripts * Experience analyzing and interpreting performance test results * Hands on experience participating in all phases of the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) * Experience with Load Runner Vu Gen and Performance Center * Team-oriented, interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to handle multiple projects with limited supervision * Maintain and verify the quality/accuracy of entries in test tracking/documentation tools, such as HP Application Life-Cycle Management.
