Experienced Microsoft 365 MS Teams and SharePoint SME to assist with change management and support end users with their M365 business automation needs. We are deploying MS Teams to replace Skype for Business to 3500+ workers. This role will assist with change management strategy and provide hands on support following our organizational governance and policies for successful user adoption of MS Teams and SharePoint Online. Role is currently remote but may be required to provide on-site support and/or transition into Pontiac office at some time in the future. **Responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption and support of enterprise Microsoft deployments. Key technical resource for the customer, primarily focused on responding to M365 solutions; especially MS Teams and SharePoint Online. Deliver services and communicate with users via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding escalated questions and problems in M365 products, and manage user and business relationships. Delivering proactive services, education workshops, delivering assessments and providing tailored guidance. **Qualifications: • 3+ years of solid industry experience supporting implementation and change management of M365 products, MS Teams and SharePoint Online • Experience with supporting, planning and implementation of Skype for Business and M365 products including conferencing, collaboration and client connectivity • Experience with design, implementation, and optimization of SharePoint Groups, MS Groups and Exchange technologies • Experience with troubleshooting, configuring and supporting Hybrid scenarios • Must have the ability to take on internal initiatives to create services opportunities, and work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple demands, addressing shifting priorities, and maintaining focus • Research and analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs • Excellent communication and documentation skills required   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
