Vendor Scoring Criteria: 25% - Experience upgrading SharePoint 2013 Farm to SharePoint 2016 and familiarity with Sharepoint object model 15% - Experience with continuous development/integration principles, high availability deployment, enterprise delta migration, and scripted deployment. 10% - Experience migrating Project/Project Server 2013-2016 and knowledge of Project Server migration principles 20% - Will complete project by June 30, 2018 30% - Cost This project will require work on UDOTs on premise SharePoint farm. The farm is currently running SharePoint 2013 and has several custom developed applications and 3rd party add-ins implemented. UDOT would like to upgrade the farm to SharePoint 2016 on premise. This job will be bid as a milestone project, although the vendor must bid an hourly rate for work. This is required because submissions must include a team consisting of a SharePoint Developer, a SharePoint Architect, and a Web Application Designer with SharePoint experience. Submissions will be expected to demonstrate that the assembled team has worked together on similar projects previously. The vendor will be responsible for managing their hours among their team to complete the project on time and within the budget, so a Project Manager may also be included in the team if needed. Please only bid ONE hourly rate for work – not individual rates for each team member. Total amount of contract will not exceed $45,000. PROJECT DESCRIPTION This is a SharePoint Migration from version 2013 to version 2016 – both on premise. Virtual servers will be provided by Department of Technology Services with specifications that meet requirements for SharePoint 2016 and that match the setup of UDOTs SharePoint 2013 farm. Vendor will need to provide technical requirements for the environment. The farm data and applications will then need to be migrated from the existing environment and tested. Once testing is complete, the 2016 farm will be moved to production and the current 2013 farm will be decommissioned. UDOTs SharePoint 2013 environment consists of several custom-built applications that will need to be tested and adjusted as needed to make sure they function as expected in the 2016 environment. UDOT also uses Microsoft Project Server as part of their SharePoint environment. The migration will need to be complete and in production no later than June 30, 2018.
