Essential Job Responsibilities: This role is part of the Fiserv Enterprise Technology Group and focuses on support of back-office Finance, Procurement, and Human Resource operations. As part of the SAP Basis Team this role will have responsibility for the SAP technical implementation and support including integration with other SAP modules and external systems. As part of the SAP COE the candidate will provide hands on leadership working individually or with small teams to support existing applications and participate in new projects. New project work will include the Finance and Procurement Transformation Program which is part of multiple internal initiatives focused on operational efficiency and industry best practices. The Program will evolve Fiserv to a centralized business model with financial and procurement shared services based on SAP technology. Required Qualifications: Education: • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent Job Related Experience: • 5+ years technical experience with installation and support of an ERP Financial software application • At least 2 technical implementations with direct hands on experience with design, architecture, configuration, and deployment of SAP landscape within a Microsoft Windows server environment • Understanding of RDBMS structure and /or administration • An appreciation for the integration of the SAP system as far as the linkages of processes, functionality, and objects • Software and Services technology experience o Netweaver Technology o SAP ERP Central Component o SAP Business Warehouse o SAP Enterprise Portal o SAP Business Object o SAP Process Integration o SAP Solution Manager CHaRMS • Understanding of RDBMS structure and /or administration Additional Skills/Knowledge: • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Must have the ability to work effectively with middle to senior level Technical and Business leaders • Must have the ability to work effectively with the SAP Development and Core Functional teams to resolve technical issues and provide solutions to complex business requirements. • Excellent writing, editing, communications, organizational, and decision-making skills • SAP ECC 6.0 experience • Strong teamwork orientation with peers and management • Presentation skills • Training/Mentoring skills • Planning, Implementing and Maintaining SAP ERP/Netweaver System Infrastructure • SAP Imple   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
