Daily tasks include: • Attend meetings with program area responsible for the MC Cost Reports application. • Writing a server side and locally installed application for centralized and distributed systems. • Ability to program complex data structures and complex form layouts in XML format and creating an interface for users to create their individual interface needs. • Ability to create user-friendly interfaces for staff to create complex spreadsheets within an XML environment. • Ability to program in .Net environment using version control software. Mandatory Qualifications: • Expert 84+ Months experience in analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team; Maintenance (Including production support), enhancement and development work; Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions; Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. • 84 Months Experience in VB.Net including VB.Net programming language, Visual Studio IDE (2015), .Net Frameworks versions 3.0–4.5, Entity Framework (EF). Requested Qualifications: • 84 Months Experience with Object Oriented Analysis (OOA), Object Orient Design (OOD), Object Orient Programming (OOP). • 84 Months Experience programming in VB.Net with N-Tier Architecture, WinForms, File I/O Operations and Application Distribution. • 60 Months Experience with XML including reading, writing/iterating XML files, elements and attributes using VB.Net XML assemblies – plus XML frameworks. • 36 Months Experience developing PC based financial systems. • 60 Months Experience with either Oracle or SQL Server databases writing stored procedures, indexes, triggers and user defined functions, including creating and maintaining entity relationship diagrams (ERD). • 48 Months Ancillary experience with the following: version control (i.e. GitHub, Subversion, Team Foundation), cryptography frameworks, XML frameworks DocumentFormat, OpenXML, ClosedXML, iTextSharp, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO), .Net Assembly Office.Interop and Visual Basic 6 using MSFlexGrid. • Bachelors degree in computer science or a comparable field with Certifications in Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: .NET.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
