Assist with system design and mockups. Work with technical lead to provide work estimates for development efforts. Develop application code based on specifications. Adhere to defined development standards and best practices. Participate in application database design as requested. Perform unit testing of modules. Develop technical documentation as needed. Assist with the creation of test plans and identification of impacts. Collaborate with BA/QA team to investigate and resolve issues found during testing. Participate in the resolution of application and data issues across all environments. Participate in the development of the implementation and transition plans. Document, communicate and validate technical requirements throughout the system development lifecycle. Develop and execute application database queries to support agency requests. Perform data analysis and create extracts in support of data migration efforts. Mandatory Qualifications 12-36 months in Analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team, Maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work, Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions 36 months of experience performing application analysis, design, troubleshooting, and coding for projects using PowerBuilder 6.0 or later in a client server environment. Other Qualifications: 36 months of experience creating stored procedures and triggers for projects using Sybase ASE and Transact-SQL. 36 months of experience designing and creating database tables and structures for projects using Sybase ASE. 36 months of experience performing analysis, design, and development of reports using Sybase ASE. 36 months of experience using Sybase SQL Anywhere to provide synchronization support for mobile applications. 36 months of experience performing troubleshooting, analysis, design, and development of C#.NET applications, using .NET Framework 3.5 or above.
