This role is going to be focused on support our Home and Entertainment division, with a focus on creating a cloud based reporting and decision making engine for leadership. Azure experience is a must, though some on premises development will be required. Responsibilities: · This position understands how organizations function to accomplish their purpose, and defines capabilities an organization requires to provide a service or meet their goals. · Facilitates communication between organizational units to align the needs of business units in order to create requirement work products for solution providers. · Plans, directs and completes the analysis of business problems to be solved or product/services to be developed for delivery. · Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. · Assesses system impacts, provides gap and process analysis as well as cost/benefit analysis for system or product/service related initiatives. · Acts as liaison between the user community and internal IT resources. · Plans, facilitates, and participates in working sessions with cross-functional resources. Requirements: · Minimum 5 years of experience in design, development and administration experience with Microsoft BI Stack required · Experience designing and developing SQL Server Database Objects for data warehouse, data mart or decision support systems · Demonstrated experience using Azure Data Factories on at least one major project in the last year. · Experience in developing with a .Net language · Expertise with Teradata SQL and Massively Parallel Processing (MPP) architecture. Teradata tools and utilities to build repeatable ETL processes such as BTEQ/TPT. · Minimum 5 years of experience in translating business needs into technical solutions required · Demonstrated ability to bridge gaps between requirements and design.
