Responsibilities: • Designing end-to-end product solutions that meet Fiservs business objectives and market demand • Authoring business requirements, product specifications, and user interface design • Interact closely with fraud operations, product, technology development, design, quality assurance, compliance, and customer service teams • Supporting the Engineering and QA teams by reviewing and prioritizing bugs, testing prototypes, and clarifying specifications and requirements • Driving the products launch across all departments • Tracking adoption and managing feature requests • Providing product expertise for assigned products and modules Qualifications Requirements: • Minimum 4 years experience in technology product management at small, high-growth software companies • Demonstrated retail product development experience, ideally with experience in user experience design and/or mobile applications • Demonstrated experience in working with engineering team to bring product to market in a timely fashion • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Past experience with SaaS , Payments, ACH / Debit Card Fraud and Identity Verification a plus. • BS/BA required.
